Job Summary

The Quality Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) within a family-owned pharmaceutical company specializing in sterile liquid medicines and medical devices. Key responsibilities include supporting the Quality Assurance (QA) leadership, acting as an interface between QA, Production, Development, and Quality Control, and ensuring strict adherence to national and international regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485 and GxP guidelines. The role involves core tasks in process and quality management, such as analyzing existing processes, implementing improvements, managing the Change Control system, and handling the life-cycle management of products (deviations, complaints, audits). Candidates must possess a degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering, coupled with professional experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, and be fluent in both German and English.
