Job Summary

The Quality Specialist will be a key support function for the Quality Assurance team leadership, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) within a sterile pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing processes for efficiency, implementing improvements, managing the Change Control system, and overseeing the life-cycle management of products and processes from a QA perspective (including deviations, complaints, and OOS). The role acts as a crucial interface between Quality Assurance, Production, Development, and Quality Control, ensuring strict adherence to national and international regulations such as ISO 13485 and GxP. A strong foundation in pharmaceutical or medical device production, coupled with fluent German and English skills, is essential for success in this demanding, results-oriented position.
