Job Summary

This role is critical for driving the implementation and management of Generative AI solutions within a specialized pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The AI Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of GenAI tools, starting with the selection of appropriate models based on specific company needs. A primary focus will be ensuring stringent data security and compliance with regulatory guidelines, requiring regular review and updating of security protocols. Day-to-day tasks include the independent design and development of generative AI agents to support various internal processes, integrating complex data pools into language models, and guaranteeing the functionality and efficiency of these tools. Furthermore, the specialist will play a key role in change management by conducting training sessions, creating comprehensive training materials, and providing ongoing support to employees utilizing the new AI applications. This full-time, permanent position requires a hands-on mentality and strong technical problem-solving skills, ideally complemented by experience in the regulated pharma sector.
