Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled IT professional to join an established IT service provider in Schleswig-Holstein, focusing on delivering high-quality, customized solutions. As an IT Technician, your core responsibilities will revolve around providing comprehensive on-site and remote support for IT workstations, including the setup, modification, and dismantling of hardware at main and external locations. You will be crucial in resolving IT disruptions, handling user inquiries directly, and managing tickets while strictly adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key tasks also include personalizing Windows end devices, performing manual software installations, and managing IT infrastructure assets. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or Network Technician, or possesses comparable initial professional experience, coupled with expertise in Windows OS and ticketing systems. This position offers a long-term perspective through a temp-to-perm option, generous vacation time (30 days), and opportunities for specialization and professional development within a supportive team environment.
