Job Summary

This role is for a skilled IT Technician specializing in Onsite Support, based in Augsburg, joining a leading managed services company. The successful candidate will be the frontline resolver for IT issues, handling support tickets across Incident, Service Request, IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and Break & Fix categories. Daily tasks include performing hardware repairs under warranty for desktops, notebooks, and tablets, providing remote support to customer locations, and executing software and operating system installations both remotely and directly onsite. Key requirements include proven technical experience in field service and 2nd Level Support, strong command of Windows Client operating systems (especially Windows 10/11), and familiarity with client peripherals and mobile devices. This position offers a stable, long-term employment perspective with an option for permanent takeover, regular working hours, and a diverse set of responsibilities within an internationally oriented environment.
