Job Summary

The IT Technician for Workplace Services will join an IT company specializing in IT services and engineering solutions in Hechingen, Germany. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency by providing comprehensive end-user support, both remotely and on-site. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting all activities within the ticketing system, performing detailed fault diagnostics, troubleshooting and resolving technical disturbances, and executing hardware repairs.
