Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Onsite Technician looking to take on increased responsibility within IT process management for a commercial vehicle manufacturer in Braunschweig. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for executing software and operating system installations, configuring and managing hardware including desktops, notebooks, tablets, and mobile scanners, and handling repairs. A crucial part of the role involves providing 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues both remotely and onsite, and coordinating IT processes according to ITIL standards. You will also be involved in planning resources, coordinating work packages, and implementing process changes in IT operations, requiring strong coordination skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Client applications like Windows and MS Office. This position offers diverse tasks in an international environment with regular working hours and the option for permanent employment after an initial temporary assignment.
