Job Summary

This Senior Plant Technician Expert role, based in Penzberg, Germany, focuses on ensuring the operational readiness of critical process plants, equipment, and cleanrooms, primarily within the context of developing cutting-edge medical solutions. The expert will coordinate and oversee maintenance, modifications, and reconstruction activities while strictly adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) regulations. Day-to-day tasks involve acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in technical procedures, managing operational documentation, and leading or participating in complex local and global projects, often serving as a User Team Lead (UTL) or Business Process Owner (BPO). This position requires continuous improvement of systems, managing qualification/validation measures, and applying Lean methodologies to optimize processes and resource allocation, offering a chance to significantly impact technical safety and production technology implementation.
