Job Summary

This role is for a ServiceNow Platform Engineer within Schwarz IT, responsible for managing the digital infrastructure of the Schwarz Group companies. The successful candidate will be crucial in implementing, improving, and documenting complex program solutions and extensions for external clients, specifically leading the deployment and development efforts on the ServiceNow platform. Key responsibilities include supporting IT experts, conducting independent research on emerging technologies, and driving strategic decisions throughout the project lifecycle. To succeed, you must possess strong experience in application and script development, particularly utilizing Python and Ruby on Linux servers. A background in agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban) is essential, along with specialized knowledge in areas like MariaDB, CI/CD, Test Automation, and Security Best Practices.
