Job Summary

This role involves working within the Energy Control Center team, contributing significantly to the energy transition and green mobility initiatives, particularly within Austria's 15 kV and 50 Hz power grids. The System Technician will focus on developing operational guidelines, creating outage and emergency concepts, and conducting detailed fault and vulnerability analyses for the network. A key responsibility is assisting in the creation of training concepts and incident response drills for Energy Control Center dispatchers, and supporting risk management audits for 15 kV operations. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, strong technical understanding, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in standard IT applications. This position requires high self-motivation and resilience, especially during crisis situations, offering a chance to work independently on critical infrastructure projects.

Required Skills

Education

University of Applied Sciences (FH) or University degree in Electrical Engineering, or Higher Technical Institute (HTL) qualification in Electrical Engineering

Experience
