Job Summary

This role is for a Development Engineer specializing in EUV Laser Technology, contributing to the future of EUV lithography within interdisciplinary, international teams. The primary responsibilities include planning, executing, and evaluating comprehensive tests on high-power laser systems and fiber lasers used for EUV lithography. The engineer will also be involved in modeling and simulating optical system properties using tools like Matlab or Python. This position requires managing technically demanding projects from the initial concept phase through simulation, testing, and final product introduction, working closely with production, service departments, and international customers to resolve technical issues and develop innovative solutions. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree or PhD in a relevant engineering or physics field and possesses practical experience in optics, laser physics, or optical metrology, along with strong communication skills in both German and English.
