The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in Computer Science or Engineering, coupled with significant experience in software development using technologies like Java and SQL, and proven expertise in Requirements Engineering and leading technical teams. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, along with strong communication and moderation skills necessary for managing international software projects and stakeholder alignment.
