This pivotal role as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach within Siemens Energy's Digital Finance organization involves championing and facilitating agile methodologies across teams. The professional will lead agile ceremonies, coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum and other frameworks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of innovative digital finance solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying impediments, facilitating retrospectives, and building strong partnerships across Corporate and BA Finance to ensure alignment and transparency. The ideal candidate brings proven success as an Agile Coach, strong expertise in methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, and exceptional coaching and communication skills to foster a culture of collaboration, self-organization, and high performance in a dynamic digital transformation environment.
