Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to join Dornier Suntrace GmbH in Hamburg, focusing on the electrical design and execution planning for large-scale renewable energy projects (Solar, Wind, Battery, and Hybrid Systems). The successful candidate will be responsible for component selection, dimensioning electrical installations across low, medium, and high voltage levels up to the grid connection point. Day-to-day tasks involve managing or conducting grid studies, developing protection concepts, coordinating internal and external experts, and supporting quality assurance during construction. This position requires strong technical expertise in PV systems, fluency in both German and English, and a minimum of four years of professional experience in planning or constructing renewable energy facilities. It offers the opportunity to work on complex, international projects ranging from 10 MW to 1000 MW capacity, contributing significantly to the expansion of sustainable energy infrastructure.
