Job Summary

This senior role requires an experienced Electrical Engineer and proven leader to head the Electrical Engineering team at Dornier Power and Heat, actively driving projects related to sustainable energy and the energy transition. The Team Lead will be responsible for the dimensioning, conceptualization, and project planning of complex electrical energy systems, including low and medium-voltage switchgear and DC/AC converters, ideally within a power plant environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating team activities, managing quality, deadlines, and budgets, and ensuring strict adherence to national and international technical standards (DIN, VDE, IEC). The role also involves evaluating technical changes, managing claims (Nachtragsmanagement), and developing the technical department through process optimization and knowledge transfer. Candidates must possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and established leadership experience.
