Job Summary

This critical role within the Corporate Controlling department of a major steel technology group focuses on the system administration and strategic development of key financial reporting platforms, SAP Financial Consolidation (SAP FC) and SAP BW/4HANA. The specialist will manage the technical frontend and backend operations for monthly closings, planning, and forecasts, ensuring system continuity and adapting structures to organizational changes. Key tasks include modeling and programming data structures using SQL and ABAP within the SAP HANA environment, generating high-level ad-hoc reports for the Executive and Supervisory Boards, and providing expert technical consultation to over 120 group companies. Success requires a degree in Informatics or Business Administration, multi-year experience with SAP BW/HANA in a Finance/Controlling context, strong analytical capabilities for complex data models, and a high degree of responsibility and initiative within a professional, team-oriented, hybrid work environment.
