The Owner acts as a central connector, networking management, IT, business units, and external partners, while ensuring strict adherence to IT Governance and corporate strategy. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the ServiceNow roadmap, steering the service portfolio, prioritizing value-adding innovations, and managing the external Managed Service Provider.
