Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to step into a Project Management leadership position focused on transformer substations. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing complex, large-scale renewal and new construction projects, overseeing all phases of the HOAI (German Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers) and ensuring compliance with technical standards. Key responsibilities include acting as the client representative, managing overall project coordination and controlling, handling extensive approval and procurement procedures for plant technology, and coordinating with internal and external partners. The successful candidate must hold a Master's or equivalent degree in Electrical/Energy Technology, possess relevant professional experience, and be proficient in project management methodologies and IT systems like SAP and MS Office. This position demands high social competence, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach to problem-solving and service development in the station and plant sector.
