Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing a shift team to ensure seamless production processes, primarily within the chemical or processing industry. The Shift Leader is responsible for steering and monitoring production processes, operating plant equipment, often utilizing process control technology, and promptly identifying and resolving production disturbances. Key requirements include a completed vocational training as a Chemical Technician or similar, several years of professional experience in a comparable manufacturing role, and proficiency in process control technology and basic PC skills. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical understanding, hands-on mentality, and excellent communication and motivational skills, along with the willingness to work continuous shifts.
