Job Summary

As a Shift Leader in a full-time capacity, you will be responsible for directing and leading shift personnel to ensure smooth production workflows within a manufacturing environment. Your day-to-day activities will involve controlling and monitoring production processes, operating machinery—partially via process control systems—and identifying and resolving production disruptions. You will also perform minor maintenance and repair tasks while ensuring all products meet strict quality parameters and customer specifications. This role is ideal for individuals with a chemical production background who enjoy a mix of leadership and hands-on technical work.
