Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join a leading service provider supporting large enterprises and public clients in their digital transformation. The Apple Support Technician will be responsible for the analysis, processing, and documentation of support cases within ticketing and CRM systems. Key daily tasks include the diagnosis, repair, and setup of Apple devices (MacBooks, iPhones, iPads), handling complex technical escalations within the Apple ecosystem, and securely performing backups, recoveries, and system setups. Candidates must possess excellent knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware, including diagnostic tools, coupled with strong communication skills and a highly service-oriented approach. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Wörth am Rhein, offering a modern workplace and long-term development potential within a structured infrastructure project.
