Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Senior IT Technician specializing in supporting complex production environments within an international pharmaceutical group in Weimar. The technician will be responsible for providing Break & Fix support for non-office devices, performing proactive maintenance on specialized equipment (including patch management and AV updates), and offering technical assistance for rollouts and refurbishments in production. Key responsibilities also include hands-on network support (basic troubleshooting), managing asset documentation compliant with GxP standards, and coordinating with suppliers for technical escalations and spare parts. The ideal candidate possesses a structured, self-reliant working style, strong technical understanding of industrial IT and specialized hardware, and experience potentially leading small technical teams. This is a crucial role within a long-term infrastructure project, requiring travel between sites in Weimar, Jena, and Bitterfeld.
