Job Summary
This role is ideal for an IT professional who thrives on direct user interaction, providing essential 1st and 2nd Level Support both remotely and onsite at a dedicated TechLounge in Fürth. Key responsibilities include the full lifecycle management of IT hardware, such as the setup, installation, configuration, and breakdown of client and server devices, focusing heavily on current Windows and Apple technologies (Windows 10/11, iOS, iPhones/iPads). The technician will actively manage and resolve disruption tickets (Break & Fix), maintain accurate documentation within the ITSM ticketing system, and handle asset inventory. This is a full-time, temporary position within a long-term infrastructure project for a leading IT service provider, offering excellent exposure to enterprise-level digital infrastructure and potential for long-term engagement.

Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field
Experience
- Completed vocational training in IT or 1 year of practical experience in a comparable position
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and iOS
- Experience working in large corporate environments
Languages

- Class B Driver's License (manual transmission); Must provide a police background check; Position is temporary (fixed-term contract); Location: Fürth, Germany.
