Day-to-day responsibilities focus heavily on providing first-class technical support to small and medium-sized enterprise customers, handling inquiries both over the phone and online. Key tasks include the registration and comprehensive management of domains, as well as the analysis and resolution of technical issues related to email accounts and general connectivity using remote maintenance tools.
