Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing and mentoring the Cyber-Security Services team across multiple locations in Germany, focusing on both technical excellence and team development. The Team Lead is responsible for guiding the team in classifying, analyzing, and evaluating network anomalies for clients, providing crucial, case-based recommendations. A key technical responsibility includes overseeing the Managed Service avodaq IDR, requiring close collaboration with Cisco TAC and other vendors. Beyond technical oversight, the role drives process and technology development within Cyber-Security Services, defines standards, and ensures effective knowledge management. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT System Integration or Administration, significant experience in network security (preferably Cisco), and strong professional fluency in both German (C1) and English (B2).
