Job Summary
This role involves providing essential First-Level IT Support, acting as the primary contact for trainees, teachers, and staff regarding IT system usage. Key responsibilities include managing Surface tablets for trainees, handling user accounts, and administering access rights. The specialist will also play a crucial role in the introduction of a new training and continuing education system, and contribute to shaping the new IT infrastructure. Candidates should possess a completed education in IT (e.g., as an IT Specialist) or equivalent, coupled with strong service and customer orientation. Required technical experience includes working within the Microsoft ecosystem (Office, Teams, Azure, Intune) and server administration, along with knowledge of software distribution, network management, and SQL database administration.
