Job Summary

This role involves acting as an IT Dispatcher and Service Coordinator, ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient delivery of IT services primarily for the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Based in Fürstenfeldbruck, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of technician assignments. Key daily tasks include receiving, qualitatively reviewing, processing, and efficiently dispatching orders, ensuring strict adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will utilize tool-supported steering to guide service technicians, plan deployments based on technical, economic, and scheduling feasibility, and maintain crucial communication links between customers, external firms, and internal interfaces. The ideal candidate requires a completed vocational qualification in IT or equivalent, coupled with at least three years of relevant experience in dispatching, coordination, and scheduling. Strong IT affinity, organizational skills, and fluency in German are essential for success in this challenging and critical digitalization environment.
