As a Senior Solution Manager for Finance and Information, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Operating within the CIO division, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex corporate IT solutions. Your daily activities will include aligning IT architectures with business processes, managing budgets and forecasts, and overseeing service providers to ensure high-quality delivery. You will act as a key advisor to management, representing the CIO's interests across departments while ensuring strict compliance with data protection and IT security standards. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, a comparable STEM field of study, or an equivalent completed vocational training qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a Solution Manager role or equivalent functional area
  • Extensive professional experience in Solution, Service, Portfolio, or Project Management
  • Proven experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing external service providers and monitoring complex IT budgets
  • Demonstrated experience in IT compliance, data protection, and security audits
