Job Summary

This Senior Feature Owner role centers on developing and planning the product and service portfolio for customized health insurance products, focusing on identifying innovation potential based on market and customer needs. The incumbent will act as a Feature Owner, shaping the future of digital healthcare by designing specific applications (Features) for the TI-Messenger platform, targeting both insured members (ePA) and customer advisors (Pro). Key responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of new feature development, from ideation to Go-Live, defining success criteria, and monitoring achievement. The role requires leveraging agile product development methods, optimizing communication processes within the organization, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and healthcare experts to sustainably improve digital healthcare provision. Success requires a background in digital health, extensive experience in complex digital projects, and deep familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the German healthcare system.
