Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineer specializing in grid connection management for a renowned distribution network operator in Bad Bentheim. The core responsibility involves developing technical and contractual solutions for integrating diverse new customer facilities—ranging from large industrial consumers and EV charging infrastructure to wind and solar power plants—into the existing power grid. Day-to-day tasks include designing precise grid connections and metering systems, handling complex energy regulatory inquiries (such as Redispatch 2.0 and feed-in tariffs), and overseeing the entire connection process from technical concept through contract finalization. You will coordinate technical and economic requirements and contribute expertise to projects implementing legal and technical innovations. Candidates must hold a relevant university degree (Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Law) and ideally possess knowledge of energy industry regulations and project management experience.
