Job Summary

This pivotal Product Owner role involves taking strategic and technical ownership for key digital initiatives within a major German insurer, focusing specifically on the further development of the Electronic Health Record (ePA), the introduction of the Implant Register, and the creation of a new knowledge management system in health insurance. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and prioritizing the Product Backlog, translating business needs into clear User Stories, and acting as the primary interface between the development squad and diverse internal and external stakeholders (including Data Protection, IT Architecture, Sales, and regulatory bodies like gematik). The ideal candidate brings practical experience as a Product Owner in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), proficiency with requirements management tools like Jira and Confluence, and a proven ability to analyze market needs, derive innovative product ideas, and drive solutions through the entire lifecycle.
