Job Summary

As a Conversational AI & CCaaS Engineer, you will be a key architect and developer in reinventing customer communication through a next-generation voice portal. Operating within an agile squad, you will design and build scalable architectures using the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and leading Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. Your daily responsibilities include implementing AI-powered voice agents, developing robust connectors to core systems, and ensuring autonomous issue resolution through system-integrated logic. This role is deeply rooted in DevOps practices, requiring you to manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and ensure high-quality monitoring using tools like Splunk and Grafana. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree, IT-specific vocational training, or equivalent practical qualifications.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the configuration and operation of cloud environments, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Proven experience in software programming with a focus on Python, Java, and Spring
  • Practical experience in building microservices and working with REST-APIs
  • Experience with DevOps tools including Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab, Splunk, and Grafana
  • Experience working in agile team environments
