Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Onsite IT Supporter based in Walsrode, working for a leading European IT solutions provider. The primary responsibilities include maintaining the IT landscape by providing comprehensive support for clients and peripheral devices, including network components. Day-to-day tasks involve installing and configuring hardware and software solutions, analyzing IT system disruptions, and efficiently managing and documenting solutions within a ticket system. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent qualification, coupled with professional experience in onsite support for hardware and operating systems, particularly current Windows versions. Strong networking knowledge (Layer 1-3 Switching) and excellent German and English skills are essential. This position offers a structured onboarding process, opportunities for professional development, and a competitive salary up to €36,000, with an option for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
