IT Solution Manager - Supply Chain Management Platform | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role requires an experienced IT Solution Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) platform, ensuring its scalability and integration into business processes. Day-to-day activities involve analyzing existing SCM processes, gathering functional requirements from diverse departments (Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, IT), and designing the target architecture and integration concepts (e.g., ERP, Transport). You will manage the implementation and rollout, including migration, testing, training, and change management. A critical component of the role is maintaining stable operations, coordinating internal and external partners, and managing IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change) according to ITIL. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field, possesses several years of relevant professional experience, and demonstrates strong communication skills to drive the digital transformation within the organization.
