Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional specializing in 1st and 2nd-level support and system administration, focusing on onsite services and rollouts in the Bonn region. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for various IT equipment like clients, notebooks, monitors, and peripherals. You will handle incident resolution, conduct functional tests, analyze and fix hardware and software issues, often adhering to strict SLA guidelines. Key qualifications include a completed IT System Integration qualification or equivalent, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office, and basic understanding of networking and Mobile Device Management (MDM) for Apple and Android products.
