Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Technician to join a dynamic team in Regensburg, initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract, focusing on maintaining and optimizing IT services. The core responsibilities involve the installation and configuration of IT systems, including Windows 11, Office, and industrial PCs, along with comprehensive hardware support (Dell, HP, Lenovo) and software troubleshooting. Day-to-day tasks include processing service tickets, managing IT equipment stock, setting up iPhones, and assisting with workplace IT relocations. The ideal candidate must have a completed IT education, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, possess strong knowledge of hardware/software, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
