Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician specializing in System Integration, responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure in Brühl. Key daily tasks include managing event hardware (monitors, notebooks, projectors, printers, phones) for training sessions, configuring backend structures such as VLANs and servers, and acting as the primary point of contact for technical IT inquiries. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education, strong knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Subnetting), and hands-on experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support, including ticket processing using systems like SNOW. Expertise in Windows 10/11, user profiles, Active Directory fundamentals, and deployment solutions like FOG is essential.
