Job Summary

This role at the Federal Office of Administration (BVA) in Cologne involves taking overall responsibility for the BVA's EU-specific technical architecture and the central functional development of EU applications across multiple departments. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or university diploma in economics or administrative sciences (e.g., MPA, MPM, MBA) OR civil servant of the non-technical administrative service A 13h to A 14 BBesO

Experience

  • Professional experience in a leadership role
  • Several years of professional experience in (IT) project management, preferably in a governmental or international environment (advantageous)
  • Experience in leading complex projects with many stakeholders (advantageous)
  • Several years of experience in technical architecture within complex procedural landscapes with numerous internal and external stakeholders (advantageous)
  • Experience in managing external service providers (advantageous)
