Job Summary

This role is for an IT Onsite Technician based in Mainz, responsible for supporting the local IT service and ensuring the smooth operation of the client infrastructure while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Day-to-day activities involve managing all incoming inquiries and disruptions within the client environment, including the installation and configuration of Windows operating systems, and performing IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) services for PCs, notebooks, and other IT equipment. The technician will handle incident resolution and service requests, provide crucial on-site user support, and manage local 'Hands & Eyes' services. A strong profile includes professional experience in field or 1st/2nd level support, good knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office administration, and hardware expertise.
