Job Summary

This Lead Business Expert role focuses on driving the digital transformation of the German Armed Forces' (Bundeswehr) regional medical facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the conceptual design and technical steering of complex digitalization measures, encompassing both infrastructure upgrades and application implementation. Key daily activities include analyzing the current IT landscape, managing necessary enablement measures, coordinating various implementation projects, and advising the project sponsor while representing their interests in high-level committees. This position requires a university degree in a relevant field (such as IT, Economics, or Engineering) coupled with at least eight years of experience in consulting and managing large-scale, complex IT programs across diverse locations.
