Job Summary

This role involves a long-term assignment (12 to 24 months) in Mons, Belgium, acting as the primary on-site IT contact for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of IT infrastructure, including the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software. Your daily tasks will involve handling Incident and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests, administering network and server environments, and providing high-quality 1st and 2nd level support to users.
