Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking full disciplinary and organizational responsibility for the Haema Blood and Plasma Donation Center in Berlin-Hellersdorf. The Head of Center will manage all personnel, organizational, and economic processes, ensuring the center's performance is optimized through process improvements, networking, and public relations. Key daily tasks include leading and developing a dedicated medical and non-medical team, coaching direct reports, managing budgets, and serving as the primary liaison between the center and the headquarters. A critical component is ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal quality standards, including overseeing the manufacturing process (donation procedure and preparation for transport) according to GMP guidelines after intensive training.
