Job Summary

This critical role provides essential administrative and quality assurance support at the Haema plasma donation center in Nuremberg. The Assistant will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to regulatory quality standards, managing extensive documentation related to staff training and requalifications, and handling general site organization and office management tasks. Daily activities include preparing and auditing incoming materials, coordinating training sessions, assisting with equipment qualification, processing documents, complaints, and orders, and supporting inventory management and scheduling. The position requires a structured, conscientious, and service-oriented approach, along with strong communication skills for close collaboration with the Head of Manufacturing and internal departments. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a medical field (e.g., Medical Technical Assistant, Medical Assistant, Health and Nursing) or a commercial field (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Office Clerk).
