Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking full responsibility for a blood and plasma donation center in Berlin-Hellersdorf, managing all personnel, organizational, and economic processes. Day-to-day activities include providing disciplinary and organizational leadership to a diverse team, coaching direct reports, and acting as the primary interface between the center and headquarters. A critical component is optimizing center performance by planning and controlling key metrics (donation figures, personnel, investments), driving process improvements, and conducting public relations/networking activities. You will also ensure strict adherence to legal requirements and internal quality standards, including overseeing the manufacturing process (donation procedure and preparation for transport) according to GMP guidelines following intensive training.
