Technical Administrator Fault Management | Technischer Sachbearbeiter Störungsmanagement (m/d/w)

Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary technical administrator responsible for the cross-divisional and proper acceptance of fault, customer, and service reports. Day-to-day tasks include prioritizing incoming reports, immediately initiating necessary fault clearance measures, and providing qualified information and behavioral instructions, even in critical situations. A key component of the role is collaborative communication with the control center and meticulous documentation of all incidents within relevant data processing systems. The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Installation Technology or equivalent, possesses experience in electricity, gas, water, and district heating supply/installation, and is proficient in fault management processes. This position requires strong communication skills, customer focus, reliability under pressure, and the ability to work effectively in a rotating shift system.
