Job Summary

The IT Field Service Technician will be a crucial support member for Haema, Germany's largest private blood and plasma donation service, focusing on maintaining and managing the central and decentralized client infrastructure across 40 locations. This hybrid role, based in Leipzig, involves regular service deployments to donation centers nationwide and supporting the central ServiceDesk remotely. Day-to-day tasks include handling 1st and 2nd level support requests (incidents, changes, requirements management), managing the temperature monitoring solution, and performing hands-on IT tasks onsite, requiring both technical know-how and manual dexterity.
