Job Summary

This role involves managing data and applications, primarily focusing on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within an internationally operating industrial company, ideally within the Pharma sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the planning, execution, and testing of platform release updates, upgrades, or new system introductions, specifically for the CRM platform. A critical part of the job is acting as the central interface between local and global stakeholders, managing user inquiries, and representing stakeholder interests. The manager will also be responsible for ensuring high data quality by designing and executing data validation tasks, creating user documentation, and developing test scenarios. The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing system migration or implementation projects in a global setting, strong conceptual skills, and expertise in the CRM data environment, including proficiency in data manipulation languages like SQL.
