The role focuses on the object planning and realization of demanding projects in flood protection, near-natural hydraulic engineering, and harbor construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the high quality of planning documents and controlling the work results of technical staff, constructors, and drafters involved in the projects. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with a specialization in Hydraulic Engineering and bring at least four years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in planning systems like Revit or AutoCAD, along with experience in 2D hydro-numeric modeling, is essential. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible working hours (38 hours/week), the option for two days of mobile work per week, and a clear path for professional development into a Project Manager role, including opportunities to gain international experience.
