Job Summary

This role is centered on managing and optimizing the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure within a major industrial park environment. The Specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of ITK systems and applications, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and complex troubleshooting. A core part of the job involves the configuration of analog, digital, and IP endpoints, alongside creating and maintaining technical documentation to ensure system integrity. Candidates must bring multi-year professional experience in telecommunications, deep knowledge of VoIP networks, protocols (SIP, RTP), Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and specific expertise with Unify systems (OpenScape Business/4000/Enterprise). Initial experience with modern cloud telecommunications solutions, such as MS Teams, is highly desirable.
