Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of approximately five IT specialists focused on system administration within a large industrial park setting. The Team Lead will be crucial in ensuring the stable operation and continuous development of the hybrid IT infrastructure, which includes Windows, Linux, and M365/Azure environments. Key responsibilities include coordinating operations, developing and implementing concepts for new IT solutions (migration, introduction, and operation), and providing 2nd and 3rd-level support for technical incidents. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in Microsoft Server technologies, M365/Azure, and virtualization (VMware vSphere). Success requires strong analytical thinking, customer orientation, effective communication, and a proactive approach to driving digitalization and project success through collaboration with internal departments and external service providers.
